Purposes

1. Purposes



The purposes of this Act are-

   (a)  to establish the Queen Victoria Women's Centre Trust;

   (b)  to provide for the management, operation and use of the Queen Victoria
        Women's Centre;

   (c)  to provide for the ownership of the Queen Victoria Women's Centre
        land.
