The long title for the Bill for this Act was "A Bill to establish the Queen Victoria Women's Centre Trust to own and manage a women's centre and for other purposes.".
The Queen Victoria Women's Centre Act 1994 was assented to on 13 December 1994 and came into operation as follows:
Sections 1 and 2 on 13 December 1994: section 2(1); rest of Act on 15 June 1995: Government Gazette 15 June 1995 page 1416.
