Staff

19. Staff



(1) Parks Victoria may appoint or employ such persons as are necessary for the
performance of its functions.

(2) The duties of employees of Parks Victoria include such duties in
connection with the prevention and suppression of fire as are determined by
the Secretary to the Department in consultation with Parks Victoria.
