PERSONAL SAFETY INTERVENTION ORDERS ACT 2010 - SECT 97
No further appeal(1) There is no appeal against the decision of the County Court or the Supreme Court under section 96.
(2) Nothing in this section prevents an appeal from the County Court or the Supreme Court on the basis of a jurisdictional error.
