PERSONAL SAFETY INTERVENTION ORDERS ACT 2010 - SECT 32

A party who does not attend a mediation assessment or, if the matter has been assessed as suitable for mediation, the mediation—

        (a)     does not commit an offence; and

        (b)     is not in contempt of court.
