PERSONAL SAFETY INTERVENTION ORDERS ACT 2010 - SECT 190
Applications for intervention orders(1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement day, an application for an intervention order or an application for the variation, revocation or extension of an intervention order had been made under the repealed Act but a proceeding in relation to the application had not yet started.
(2) On and from the commencement day, the application may be dealt with under this Act as an application for a personal safety intervention order or the variation, revocation or extension of a personal safety intervention order as if it were an application made under this Act.
