PERSONAL SAFETY INTERVENTION ORDERS ACT 2010 - SECT 130
Notice to be given to Secretary to Department of Human ServicesIf the court makes a personal safety intervention order that is or may be inconsistent with a child protection order, the appropriate registrar for the court must give written notice of the making of the order and its terms to the Secretary to the Department of Human Services.
