PERSONAL SAFETY INTERVENTION ORDERS ACT 2010 - SECT 109
Applicant who is police officer may be represented by another police officerIf a police officer is, in the police officer's professional capacity, a party to a proceeding under this Act, the police officer may be represented by—
(a) another police officer; or
(b) another person nominated by the Chief Commissioner of Police.
