Application and renewal fees

95. Application and renewal fees



(1) A person who has applied for the renewal of a private security
registration must pay-

   (a)  the prescribed application fee for consideration of the application by
        the Chief Commissioner; and

   (b)  the prescribed renewal fee for the renewal of the registration.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a person who applies for the renewal of a
private security business registration and who is in partnership with another
person who has paid an application fee and renewal fee prescribed for the
renewal of the registration to carry on the business that is carried on by the
partnership.
