Chief Commissioner may impose conditions on registration

88. Chief Commissioner may impose conditions on registration

The Chief Commissioner may impose a condition on a private security
registration-

   (a)  relating to any of the following-

   (i)  the carriage and use of equipment to be used in carrying on the
        activities authorised by the registration;

   (ii) the notification of any serious medical or psychiatric condition or
        impairment that directly impacts on the registration holder's ability
        to carry on the activities authorised under the registration;

   (iii) supervision of the holder of the registration in carrying on the
        activities authorised by the registration; or

   (b)  that is prescribed; or

   (c)  that the Chief Commissioner thinks fit to impose.
