Power of Chief Commissioner to investigate application

77. Power of Chief Commissioner to investigate application

In considering an application for a private security registration the Chief
Commissioner may, in order to ascertain whether the criteria set out in
section 82 or 83 (as the case requires) are satisfied, conduct any
investigation or make any inquiry that he or she thinks fit.
