PRIVATE SECURITY ACT 2004 - SECT 73

An application for a private security registration must—

        (a)     be made in a form approved by the Chief Commissioner; and

        (b)     contain the prescribed particulars; and

        (c)     be accompanied by any other prescribed documents or prescribed information.
