Grant of private security individual operator registration

72. Grant of private security individual operator registration



(1) The Chief Commissioner may register a natural person to carry on any one
or more activities specified in the following paragraphs-

   (a)  acting as a security equipment installer; or

   (b)  acting as a security adviser.

(2) In registering a person under subsection (1), the Chief Commissioner must
specify the classes of activities that are authorised by the registration.
