PRIVATE SECURITY ACT 2004 - SECT 71
Grant of private security business registration(1) The Chief Commissioner may register a person to carry on the business of providing the services of other persons to carry on any one or more activities specified in the following paragraphs—
(a) acting as a security equipment installer; or
(b) acting as a security adviser.
(2) In registering a person under subsection (1), the Chief Commissioner must specify the classes of activities that are authorised by the registration.
