Grant of private security business registration

71. Grant of private security business registration



(1) The Chief Commissioner may register a person to carry on the business of
providing the services of other persons to carry on any one or more activities
specified in the following paragraphs-

   (a)  acting as a security equipment installer; or

   (b)  acting as a security adviser.

(2) In registering a person under subsection (1), the Chief Commissioner must
specify the classes of activities that are authorised by the registration.
