7. Offence to carry on certain activities without a private security
individual operator licence

A person must not carry on an activity specified in any of the following
paragraphs-

   (a)  acting as an investigator; or

   (b)  acting as a bodyguard; or

   (c)  acting as a crowd controller; or

   (d)  acting as a security guard-

unless that person is the holder of a private security individual operator
licence that authorises that person to carry on that activity. Penalty: 120
penalty units.
