Overseas bodyguard with temporary interstate or Territory permit

67. Overseas bodyguard with temporary interstate or Territory permit

A person who-

   (a)  ordinarily resides outside Australia; and

   (b)  holds a permit that authorises that person to act as a bodyguard
        issued under the law of another State or a Territory of a kind
        specified in the regulations-

does not commit an offence against section 7(b) or 8(b) while acting under and
in accordance with the permit.
