Surrender of licence document

62. Surrender of licence document



(1) The holder of a licence suspended or cancelled under section 61 must
surrender the licence document to the court within 7 days after the day
notified to the holder as the day on which the suspension or cancellation (as
the case may be) takes effect.

Penalty: 10 penalty units.

(2) The Registrar or other relevant officer of the court must immediately
forward any licence document surrendered under subsection (1) and a copy of
the order under section 61(b) to the Chief Commissioner.
