Inquiry not prevented by other proceedings

60. Inquiry not prevented by other proceedings

The Chief Commissioner may hold a disciplinary inquiry, even though the
grounds for the inquiry concern a person who is-

   (a)  the holder of a private security licence; or

   (b)  a close associate of the holder of a private security licence; or

   (c)  if the holder of the private security licence is a body corporate, the
        nominated person or an officer of the body corporate-

and that person is the subject of proposed or current criminal proceedings
that relate to those grounds.
