Application and renewal fees

39. Application and renewal fees



(1) A person who has applied for the renewal of a private security licence
must pay-

   (a)  the prescribed application fee for consideration of the application by
        the Chief Commissioner; and

   (b)  the prescribed renewal fee for the renewal of the licence.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a person who applies for the renewal of a
private security business licence and who is in partnership with another
person who has paid an application fee and renewal fee prescribed for the
renewal of the licence to carry on the business that is carried on by the
partnership.
