Chief Commissioner may refuse to make a decision on an application for a licence

24. Chief Commissioner may refuse to make a decision on an application for a
licence

The Chief Commissioner may refuse to make a decision on an application for a
private security licence if the applicant does not comply with any requirement
of the Chief Commissioner under this Division in relation to the application
within a reasonable time of the requirement being made.
