Grant of private security business licence

14. Grant of private security business licence



(1) The Chief Commissioner may license a person to carry on the business of
providing the services of other persons to carry on any one or more activities
specified in the following paragraphs-

   (a)  acting as an investigator; or

   (b)  acting as a bodyguard; or

   (c)  acting as a crowd controller; or

   (d)  acting as a security guard.

(2) In granting a licence under subsection (1), the Chief Commissioner must
specify the activities that are authorised under the licence.
