PRIVATE SECURITY ACT 2004 - SECT 118A
Disclosure of cancellation or suspension of private security registrationIf a private security registration is cancelled or suspended under section 111 or 116, the Chief Commissioner may disclose that fact and the name of the registration holder to the Director of Consumer Affairs or the Business Licensing Authority for the purpose of section 47 of the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012 .
