PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS ACT 2003 - SECT 1

The purpose of this Act is—

        (a)     to provide for the limitation of liability of members of occupational associations in certain circumstances; and

        (b)     to facilitate improvement in the standards of services provided by those members.
