8. Publications

The Keeper of Public Records may-

   (a)  prepare and cause to be published articles concerning the activities
        of and the facilities provided by the Public Record Office; and



   (b)  arrange for the publication, upon any terms and conditions he thinks
        fit, of any public record under his control or of any articles
        prepared therefrom.
