Notice of the inquiry

83. Notice of the inquiry



(1) The person conducting the inquiry must give notice of the inquiry in
writing to the member who is the subject of the inquiry.

(2) A notice under subsection (1) must-

   (a)  state the time and place at which the inquiry is to be conducted; and

   (b)  give particulars of the alleged incapacity or inefficiency.
