Enforcement of the determination

77. Enforcement of the determination



(1) The Chief Commissioner and, where the Chief Commissioner has not conducted
the inquiry, the person conducting the inquiry must take all action necessary
to give effect to a determination made on an inquiry.





(2) A fine or requirement to pay compensation or costs or make restitution may
be recovered in the Magistrates' Court as a civil debt or by deducting the
amount from the pay of the member or from any other amount payable to the
member by the State.
