68G. Representation and costs

(2) Subject to subsection (3), each party is to bear their own costs of a
review under this Division.



(3) The Appeals Board may order that a party pay all or a specified part of
the other party's costs of a review under this Division if satisfied that the
first party has conducted themselves in the review in a way that unnecessarily
disadvantaged the other party.

(4) An order for costs may be enforced as a debt in a court of competent
jurisdiction.
