Witnesses

68F. Witnesses





(1) None of the following is a compellable witness in a review under this
Division unless the Appeals Board gives leave-

   (a)  the Chief Commissioner;

   (b)  a member of the force;

   (c)  a person employed in the office of the Chief Commissioner.

(2) The Appeals Board may give leave only if it considers that extraordinary
grounds exist that warrant leave being given.
