Application for review of dismissal order

68B. Application for review of dismissal order





(1) A member of the force who is dismissed from the force by an order under
section 68(1) may apply to the Appeals Board for a review of the Chief
Commissioner's decision to make the order on the ground that the decision was
not sound, defensible or well-founded.

(2) An application for review must be made within 14 days after the member is
notified of the making of the order to which the application relates.

(3) An application for review does not stay the operation of the order to
which it relates.
