Preservation of minimum benefit

67B. Preservation of minimum benefit





(1) If the amount of the benefit paid or payable under this Act in respect of
any contributor or former contributor is less than the amount contributed by
him or her to the Scheme and interest as determined by the ESS Board on that
amount, there is to be paid out of the Scheme to that person in the manner
that the ESS Board determines the difference between the two amounts.
