Gratuity or pension to relatives where life lost on duty
28. Gratuity or pension to relatives where life lost on duty
Should any member of the force lose his life in the discharge of his duty, a
gratuity or pension equal to what he would have been entitled to if he had
reached the age of fifty-five years shall be paid to his widow or children or
to any other relative of such member depending upon him for support as the ESS
Board may determine.
