Division to apply to appointments before 25 November 1902

21. Division to apply to appointments before 25 November 1902

Subject to the provisions of section forty this Division shall apply to
members of the force appointed before the twenty-fifth day of November One
thousand nine hundred and two who were serving as such on the first day of
January One thousand nine hundred and twenty-four or subsequently to the said
date and shall not apply to members of the force appointed on or after the
twenty-fifth day of November One thousand nine hundred and two.
