All powers vested in members of the force to cease upon discharge

16. All powers vested in members of the force to cease upon discharge

When any member of the force is discharged or dismissed from or otherwise
ceases to hold and exercise his office, all powers and authorities vested in
him as a member of the force shall immediately cease.
