One month's notice of resignation to be given by members of the force

14. One month's notice of resignation to be given by members of the force

No member of the force shall be at liberty to resign his office or to withdraw
himself from the duties thereof notwithstanding the period of his engagement
has expired unless expressly authorized in writing so to do by the Chief
Commissioner or unless he gives to such Chief Commissioner 3 months' notice in
writing of his intention so to resign or withdraw. Penalty: 20 penalty units.
