54. Transitional provision (2006 amendment)

The amendments of section 3 made by section 36 of the Courts Legislation
(Jurisdiction) Act 2006 apply to a decision to make presentment of a person
for an offence made on or after the commencement of that section of that Act,
irrespective of when the offence is alleged to have been committed.
