PART 6 SOLICITOR FOR PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS

Appointment

37. Appointment



(1) The Governor in Council may appoint a person as Solicitor for Public
Prosecutions.

(2) The Public Administration Act 2004 applies to the office of Solicitor for
Public Prosecutions and to the person holding that office as if he or she were
a Department Head within the meaning of that Act.
