Director may request police assistance

28. Director may request police assistance



(1) If in relation to a criminal proceeding under consideration or being
conducted by the Director a matter arises that requires further investigation,
the Director may in writing request the Chief Commissioner of Police for
assistance in the conduct of that investigation.

(2) The Chief Commissioner of Police must as far as possible comply with a
request under subsection (1).
