Matters to which Director must have regard

24. Matters to which Director must have regard

In the performance of his or her functions the Director must have regard to-

   (a)  considerations of justice and fairness; and

   (b)  the need to conduct prosecutions in an effective, economic and
        efficient manner; and

   (c)  the need to ensure that the prosecutorial system gives appropriate
        consideration to the concerns of the victims of crime.
