PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS ACT 1986 - SECT 32O
Making of submissions on suspension(1) The holder of a licence issued under this Part whose licence has been suspended under section 32N may make written submissions on the proposal to cancel the licence.
(2) Submissions made under subsection (1) must be made within the time fixed by the Department Head under section 32N(3)(d).
