Grant of a scientific procedures premises licence

29. Grant of a scientific procedures premises licence

The Department Head may licence a person who occupies a scientific premises to
cause or allow scientific procedures to be carried out-

   (a)  on those premises; or

   (b)  on behalf of the holder of the licence, at any other place specified
        in the licence.
