Power to retain animal for purposes of application under section 24X

24V. Power to retain animal for purposes of application under section 24X

For the purposes of making an application under section 24X, an animal that
has been seized under a warrant under section 24G, may continue to be held
under the warrant, despite the expiry of the time for which possession of the
animal may be retained under the warrant, if notice has been served, left or
sent in accordance with section 24U.
