24N. Application of Magistrates' Court Act 1989



(1) Despite section 79 of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989, a search warrant
under this Part must not authorise an inspector to arrest a person.

(2) Except as provided by this Part, the rules to be observed with respect to
search warrants under the Magistrates' Court Act 1989 extend and apply to
warrants under this Part.
