Specialist inspectors

18A. Specialist inspectors



(1) The Minister may, by instrument in writing, appoint any person whom the
Minister considers to have appropriate qualifications to be a specialist
inspector for the purposes of this Part.

(2) The appointment of a specialist inspector remains in force for a period
not exceeding 3 years specified in the instrument of appointment and expiring
on 30 June.

(3) The Minister may cancel the appointment of a specialist inspector.
