17H. Making of submissions on proposal to cancel



(1) The holder of a rodeo licence, a rodeo permit or rodeo school permit who
has been given a notice under section 17G may make written submissions on the
proposal to cancel the licence or permit.

(2) Submissions made under subsection (1) must be made within the time fixed
by the Department Head under section 17G(2)(c).
