Application for a rodeo licence, a rodeo permit or a rodeo school permit

17C. Application for a rodeo licence, a rodeo permit or a rodeo school permit



(1) A person may apply to the Department Head for the grant of a rodeo licence
or the issue of a rodeo permit or a rodeo school permit.

(2) An application under subsection (1)-

   (a)  must include the prescribed particulars; and

   (b)  must be accompanied by the prescribed fee.

(3) An applicant must give the Department Head any further information
relating to the application that the Department Head requests.
