PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS ACT 1986 - SECT 17B
Issue of rodeo permits and rodeo school permits(1) The Department Head may issue a permit to a person to operate the rodeo specified in the permit.
(2) The Department Head may issue a permit to a person to operate the rodeo school specified in the permit.
