Trap-shooting

14. Trap-shooting



A person who-

   (a)  engages in; or

   (b)  keeps or uses any premises for the purposes of-

the trap-shooting of birds is guilty of an offence and is liable to a penalty
of not more than, in the case of a natural person, 240 penalty units or
imprisonment for 2 years or, in the case of a body corporate, 1200 penalty
unit.
