POWERS OF ATTORNEY ACT 2014 - SECT 6

In this Part—

"statutory owner" has the same meaning as in the Settled Land Act 1958 ;

"tenant for life" has the same meaning as in the Settled Land Act 1958 ;

"trustee" includes a tenant for life and a statutory owner.
