POWERS OF ATTORNEY ACT 2014 - SECT 43
Terms of enduring power of attorney as to revocation(1) An enduring power of attorney is revoked according to its terms.
(2) The provisions in Divisions 2 and 3 as to revocation of an enduring power of attorney are subject to subsection (1).
