POWERS OF ATTORNEY ACT 2014 - SECT 101
When does appointment commence?(1) A principal may specify, in an appointment form for a supportive attorney appointment, a time from which, a circumstance in which or an occasion on which the appointment of a supportive attorney commences.
(2) If a specification is not made under subsection (1), the appointment of a supportive attorney commences on its making.
